50th Parallel Estate Winery is searching for a new Tasting Room Manager. We are a growing business, seeking an individual who is eager to provide a consistent Unparalleled Guest Experience. 

We are an international award-winning, Pinot Noir winery in Lake Country. Our polished, vibrant facility boasts breathtaking views of Lake Okanagan from our 10,000 square foot, gravity-fed operation. We pride ourselves on being a World-Class destination for Tasting & Dining with our tasting room, hospitality center and restaurant. With large expansion plans, we are looking to build an Unparalleled hospitality team and will be seeking an individual with a proven track record in industry that come with a personality that never misses a chance to sparkle.

The position is full-time and comes with the following responsibilities:

- Ensure tasting room staff provide high level of service
- Maintain and merchandise and product inventory
- Hire and train staff
- Prepare tasting room schedule
- Work in conjunction with the events/ restaurant manager for special events
- Organize tasing room bookings for guests and tour companies
- Motivate/provide support for tasting room staff to best hit sales targets
- Assist with tastings as needed
- Ensure a clean and tidy environment
- Must be available on weekends
