Township 7 Vineyards & Winery (Langley location) is seeking an experienced Manager that has a contagious passion for wine to operate its Langley winery and tasting room.  The ideal candidate has a history of team success in a fun environment, positive communication skills with a high level in attention to detail. 

We are a B.C. winery specializing in high quality wine and we are known for incredible hospitality.  Join our team as an integral member and contribute to our tremendous growth curve in the wine industry.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A strong and contagious passion for wine supported with wine certification (ie: WSET Level 2 or greater)
  • Serving it Right certification
  • Related university degree or a combination of education and experience preferred
  • 5 years store management experience, including financial results
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to provide insightful industry leading, best-in-class outcomes to perpetuate growth in a premium service environment
  • Highly committed to a premium level of quality with a proven “hands-on”, entrepreneurial approach
  • Acute problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement recommended solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Superior conflict resolution skills, with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of guests, staff, management, suppliers, and partners
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable dealing with media, public speaking, and VIP guests
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work legally in Canada

Compensation is competitive within the industry plus bonus (bonus has been achieved every year for the last 6 years).
