Who we are looking for:
A fast paced, results driven individual with passion and knowledge for the beverage industry. This position requires you to be organized, motivated and focussed on the bigger picture for an overall provincial goal. Potential candidates would have competitive team spirit, genuine thirst for winning and a desire to work cross-functionally with all sales and marketing. The successful candidate should have a passion for wine, experience in outside sales and the ability to self manage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Accountable for sales results and targets in the designated territory
· Demonstrate fiscal responsibility while managing business expenses and A+P dollars
· Adhere to a master route ensuring effective and timely account visits daily
· Aide in festivals, supplier/account dinners that sometimes fall on evenings and weekends
· Host fine wine events with suppliers and key customers
· Act as an ambassador for all Icon Fine Wine and Spirits brands
· Ability to analyze statistics with strong business acumen and utilize findings to maximize sales approach
Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience. Business related expenses are also covered.
