We’ve spent nearly two decades working with small, family-owned wineries and distillers to ensure that our extensive portfolio is composed entirely of unique brands not found at the LCBO.
Ordering & Inventory Coordination:
· Analyze inventory on a weekly basis for low stock items
· Place product orders through the LCBO
· Follow up with suppliers on the status of shipments on a weekly basis
· Communicate product status updates to the team on a weekly basis
· Send weekly updates for promotion and clearance products
· Create bi-weekly/monthly sales and depletion reports
Sample Coordination:
· Review sample requests for inventory fulfillment
· Process and pick sample requests
· Organize and stock the sample room as needed
· Meet with VP of Sales and Marketing on a bi-weekly basis to review samples
Administrative:
· Update Portfolio List for pricing, vintages, and product updates
· Update tasting notes for new vintages and products
· Support in organizing & facilitating events as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role required. Post-secondary education highly regarded.
· Excellent understanding of office procedures, including experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Highly organized and efficient, able to adapt to change and manage multiple priority tasks with tight deadlines and limited supervision.
· Energetic, people-oriented and a team contributor with a professional demeanor.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills.
· Physically able to perform duties listed above, including lifting, or moving heavy objects as needed.
