We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to join our team as Marketing & Events Coordinator, Ontario. This role plays an integral part in the planning and execution of marketing programs with the LCBO and On-Trade Partners as well as in the organization of brand events. This position is an opportunity to build a dynamic skill set and obtain wide ranging experience in both marketing and executing events, logistics activities, with close collaboration with the sales team. This role reports to the Vice President of Ontario and work closely with Moet Hennessy Regional Marketing Managers
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Marketing Support
· Lead the completion of marketing program applications. i.e. Shelf talkers & neck-tags, image programs, value-adds, thematic, in-store tastings, special events and bottle images for liquor board websites;
· Develop, Lead and execute brand events in line with the brand strategy.
· Work with the Graphic Designer for artwork design and coordinate in-house printing and distribution (in coordination with Sales Coordinator) for promotional, sales, and event materials as assigned by marketing/sales managers;
· photographic cataloguing of all MH POSM items;
· coordinate POSM pick up and delivery for various brand activations;
· liaise with warehouse manager to track and log in/out of items;
· management of comprehensive digital filing systems (complete case studies of projects from concept deck to wrap reports) ;
· upkeep and/or repair of branded parade tools and MH visibility items;
· maintenance of up to date activations and retail programming calendars for all MH projects;
· logistics, scheduling and customer correspondence (booking transport, confirming meeting rooms and time, taking accurate minutes, replying to general consumer queries);
· brand activation and break down and return of owned and rented/leased goods to vendors (be it hard goods excluding samples or LCBO products);
· comprehensive knowledge of all MH brand guidelines, logo usage, cropping guides, image rights verification;
· bondable with the ability to assume fiduciary responsibilities and rolling credit line to effectively handle procurement related to all MH projects;
· procurement (including deposits and securing raw materials/goods and services);
· assist on data collecting for reporting;
Job Requirements:
Education: University degree.
Experience: Marketing and / or events management experience
Skills: Must have excellent analytical skills. Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work in a matrix structure.
Knowledge: Excellent proficiency in MS Office is required including experience utilizing pivot tables.
Other: Valid Canadian Passport, Valid Driver’s License; Able to lift/carry heavy items.
