Charton Hobbs - Marketing Coordinator Ontario
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented individual to join our team as Marketing Coordinator, Charton Hobbs, Ontario. This role plays an integral part in planning and executing marketing programs with the LCBO. This Marketing and Logistics Coordinator position is an opportunity to build a dynamic skill set and obtain wide ranging experience in both marketing and logistics activities as well as daily collaboration with sales teams. Located in our Mississauga offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
· Lead the completion of marketing program applications. ie) Shelf talkers & neck-tags, image programs, value-adds, thematic, TASTE Magazine, in-store tastings, special events and bottle images for liquor board websites;
· Work with the Graphic Designer for artwork design and coordinate in-house printing and distribution (in coordination with Sales Coordinator) for promotional, sales, and event materials as assigned by marketing/sales managers.
· Submit new product registrations and listing applications for all suppliers: submit samples and maintain a summary report;
· Work on quarterly freight rate pricing across portfolio
· Evaluate marketing opportunities including event sponsorship and advertising;
· Assist on posting of, Social Media and SharePoint maintenance and development, when required;
· Coordinate press samples for media and application into local wine and spirit competitions;
· Assist in quarterly roll-out presentations;
· Source POS and lead coordination/distribution with regional Sales Coordinators;
Job Requirements:
· Education: University degree.
· Skills: Must have excellent analytical skills. Highly organized, self-motivated.
· Knowledge: Excellent proficiency in MS Office is required including experience utilizing pivot tables.
· Preferred: Knowledge of LCBO board rules and regulations. French is an asset but not a requirement;
