Full Time Retail Sales Rep ... with Daytime Hours
Great Personality Wanted for our showroom floor and to receive inbound inquires for both sales and customer service. Valuable assets include enthusiasm and great phone manner.
Rosehill Wine Cellars Inc has been in business since 1983. Since the mid 90’s we’ve been exclusively designing and building wine cellars within the Greater Toronto Area. In the past few years, we have become more retail oriented with a wide range of wine storage products.
We are a small but vibrant company and require a well rounded individual that can assist with several aspects of our company. The main focus will be on Sales but there is also an administrative aspect to this position.

Showroom/Office Hours:
Monday – Friday 9-5, occasionally 10-6
Will include some Saturday hours – 10-5.
40 hour work week.
Location: Mississauga (Dundas & Dixie)
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Sales
· You are responsible for all aspects of contact with the customer, welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner. This includes the walk-in traffic, phone, fax and e-mails. Producing a sale is the ultimate reason for Rosehill Wine Cellars being in business and your goal is to help achieve that.
· You will be trained in our extensive wine storage product line and accessories. First on the showroom floor and first on the phones; you will be required to provide broad range of support to customer inquiries and understand when to pass customers along to a more senior/technical sales rep. As experience grows, you will take on more of a technical role understanding cooling units & cellar construction.
· This is not an outside sales role; our sales are more reactionary in nature and supportive to customers’ inquiries.
Customer Service
- Handle customer service complaints to actively achieve a resolution
Administration & Other
· Process the associated paperwork of making the sale & process online orders.
· Ensure warehouse is in a neat and orderly fashion. Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory.
· Website and Social Media work.
Qualifications
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Shows initiative and will follow-through with limited supervision and direction
· Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and prioritize to meet deadlines.
· Experience in a professional office setting.
· Neat in appearance and professional in attitude
· Superior attention to detail
· Ability to work with interruptions & prioritize tasks.
