Charton Hobbs proudly represents Moet Hennessy, the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH Group, the world leader of luxury products positioned in the high-end segment of the beverage alcohol market. We are looking for a National Supply Chain Specialist for the Canadian market.
Job Summary:
The position plays a key role in the logistic process between the Moet Hennessy Customer Service (CS) teams and Canadian Liquor Boards. You will also be responsible to provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team across Canada.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Based in Montreal at Charton Hobbs Inc. office. The Supply Chain Specialist (Moet Hennessy Portfolio) reports to Supply Chain Manager and is responsible to:
- Support the ordering process in Western Canada: verify information on the Purchase Orders (Qty, price, availability etc.) before transferring them to Moet Hennessy CS. Follow up shipments and monitor all the documentation from the shipment point to the arrival in the market (Purchase order, Invoice, Waybill, Arrival Notice, etc.)
- Follow-up POSM (Point of sales Material) and Samples orders: insure fluid communication with Moet Hennessy CS, Provincial and National Marketing team. Maintain communications with customs broker. In charge of proper coding of all the related invoices.
- Provide admin support to the markets for various programs submission: pricing letters, NISS (New Item submission system), End of the Year gifting, Vintages, tenders etc.
- Insure all the Liquor Boards forms related to International Trade agreements are submitted on time (CETA, CUSMA, CPTPP, CA-UK TCA, etc.)
- Packaging and labeling validation according to Canadian Standards
- Occasionally payments follow-up
- Other admin tasks
Job Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Operations and logistic.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Wine& Spirits Business is considered as an asset
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Fluent English/French
- Customer service oriented
- Microsoft Office skills
- Creativity and capacity to adapt to the rapidly changing situations
- Ability to multitask
