Foxtrot Vineyards is a boutique winery in Naramata, BC known for crafting terroir-driven Pinot Noir and premium Chardonnay. We are looking to hire a part-time administrative assistant 2021 season.
Our ideal candidate will be dedicated, responsive, able to execute tasks efficiently and most of all have a friendly demeanor and a knack for customer service. 

Position
Part-time/ Seasonal
10-15 hours per week, 2-3 hours per day
May 1st - Sept 30th

Daily Tasks
Monitoring company email address and flagging important information for team members
Processing orders and responding to customers
Proper management of orders, payment and inventory in our systems
Overseeing logistics and shipping of all orders through delivery
Response to customer issues (returned products, missed deliveries etc.)
Possible sales components depending on the individual
Additional tasks as requested

What We Offer
$16-$18/hr depending on experience level
Staff Discounts
Long-term employment may be available for the right fit (admin/ harvest positions/ sales)

Job Qualifications 
18 years +
Regular schedule. Commitment to work the same hours each day.
Wine Knowledge and familiarity with Vancouver restaurants a plus but not required
Position may be digital/remote, in person, or a combination.
Must have personal computer
Superior customer service skills
Computer skills (Excel, software, social media)
