This is an Office position in a core part of our company.
As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, the core responsibilities are to:
· Coordinate private tours and VIP engagement experiences for our esteemed guests
· Assist in day-to-day office admin functions: taking reservations and offering exceptional customer service by phone and in-person
· Meet quality and brand expectations
· Develop and implement partnership strategies to help grow the business
· Manage all social media platforms: creating content and implementing strategies to grow online audience
· Update web content and create monthly newsletters
· Create insightful content and graphics for the Niagara Vintage Wine Review e- on line magazine
The skills, qualifications and education necessary for this position:
· Some experience in social media marketing and/or graphic design preferred
· Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator an asset
· Background in event planning and communication is advantageous
· Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an attention to detail
· Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
· Knowledge of wine an asset but not a requirement
Salary or hourly depending on experience, along with weekly commissions, yearly raises and bonus structure.
