The Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake (WNOTL) is an association of 25 individual wineries and is growing each year. The aim of WNOTL is to work collectively to attract wine-involved visitors seeking an authentic wine experience to Niagara-on-the-Lake, with a particular focus on shoulder season tourism. The captivating events, innovative campaigns and other initiatives executed by the Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake have made the group leaders in Ontario wine and culinary tourism, as well as in the tourism industry in the Niagara Region.

WNOTL is looking for a Marketing Coordinator and Administrator for a part-time contract that includes the following work:

• Coordinate annual strategic planning
• Assist in budgetary planning and monitoring of expenses
• Manage the five signature group events and maintain partnerships with key tourism partners in the region, assisting with other events  (e.g. Icewine Festival)
• Coordinate production of all marketing collateral for the group
• Manage group website updates
• Execute and deploy 8-10 newsletters throughout the year
• Work with PR company to manage media requests and media relations and execute approved media plan
• Coordinate photography and video shoots as needed
• Promote member communication and integration including monthly Tuesday Tastings
• Attend monthly board meetings and general member committee meetings to provide updates and reports
• Liaise with/manage outside vendors e.g. printers, web developer, creative agency, media buying etc.
• Source additional funding opportunities for the group
• Manage and implement new initiatives that come out of the strategic planning process

Experience in marketing and project management are required. Knowledge of the Niagara wine industry is an asset.
