Job Description:
NBI is looking for an individual who is capable of assisting with the management and operations of our mobile bottling services. This full-time position will focus on providing operational support to clients to meet their unique production needs.
Job Duties:
Participate in setup and organization of bottling line components
Operate and ensure proper functioning of all bottling line machinery such as: filler, corker/capsule applicator, labeler, filtration system, etc.
Assist in preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and reporting of operational issues
Assists in inspection of finished goods for quality control purposes
Proper storage, organization, cleaning and routine upkeep of equipment, material and work tools
Ensure diligent cleanliness and safety of the equipment and the work environment
Assist the Bottling Team (NBI and Winery staff) to work within the safety, sanitary and quality control standards and procedures of NBI
Complete production and quality control records as required
Act as a point of contact with clients on site, interact in a professional and courteous manner
Complete all other tasks related to operations
Job Requirements:
Mechanical ability is an asset to the position
Possess a valid driver’s license (travel required for role)
General knowledge and understanding of physics and fluid dynamics
Be physically fit, able to stand for long periods of time and to safely lift/carry 25kg (55lbs)
Be capable of working both independently and in teams, and to effectively communicate with the team
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem solve to meet unique client needs

Willing to work evenings and weekends as required
Assets:
Experience in sterilization of food/beverage industry equipment
Experience in wine/cider/beer-making industry
