We are seeking a Manager Wine Clubs & Guest Engagement to join our Hospitality Team on a fulltime basis.
The ideal candidate is a wine-savvy individual (WSET or Sommelier Certification preferred) with a track record as a wine club manager and has the necessary skills to build relationships that lead to sales with members and VIP guests, manage club shipments, organize and implement club events.
You have exemplary oral and written communication skills and would be effective communicating with club members and VIP guests in person, via phone and email, and have a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
You are proficient in data management, CRM winery software (WineDirect preferred), the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook.
You have day-to-day financial management skills, including tracking budget to key performance metrics, and understand the inter-relationship of the metrics.
You are a self-motivated, high energy team player with a positive attitude and a professional manner.
This position requires flexibility in work hours, including weekday, weekend, holidays and occasional evenings.
