Marketing Assistant / Co-ordinator (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Job description:

·         Assist the owner for all marketing plans and strategies. Actively discuss and brainstorm ideas.

·         Handle social media postings (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, twitter, YouTube, Official website, etc.)

·         Thorough understanding of Membership program, create campaigns for promotions, increase member retention and sales conversion rate, familiar with Mailchimp.

·         Organize and implement winery events (include both existing wine festivals in the area and create new events to facilitate sales)

·         Conduct winery daily routines including wine tastings, tour bookings, general inquiries, cash register as needed.

·         Implement similar marketing duties for a web-based platform (separate from Hinterbrook Winery)

 

Requirements:

·         Have strong marketing sense, previous experience in wine and marketing is an asset but not required.

·         Accept and adapt quickly to out-of-box novelty.

·         Must create values.

·         Weekend availability is a must.

·         Able to work independently.

·         Smart serve is required.

 

Expected Start date: May 2021

Position: Full-time, not seasonal.
