Niagara College Learning Enterprise Corporation is a solely owned company of Niagara College that runs the day to day operations of the Winery, Brewery, Distillery, farms and a facility in Aurora.

Niagara College Teaching Winery visitation center is the Retail Store and Tasting bar for wines, beers, spirits and ciders made on Campus.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Retail Coordinator will be responsible for providing consistent outstanding hospitality to all visitors

-          Responsible for leading a team of retail associates.

-          Responsible for training and product education for staff.

-          Responsible for achieving sales targets.

-          Responsible for Scheduling of retail staff.

-          Working with Cash and POS system. Opening and closing of retail store.

-          Assisting with Month end inventory counts.

-          Providing tours and enhanced experiences for customers.

-          Working as a team player

-          To ensure that the retail area is clean and ready for the public at all times.

-          Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

-          Responsible, Dependable, trustworthy, ambitious and goal oriented.

-          Ability to lift 40 LB

-          Ability to Motivate Staff

-          Ability to work under pressure

-          Wine Direct Experience is an asset

-          Weekday and week-end availability.

-          Wine knowledge an asset.
