We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will play a key part in supporting our outside sales team, managing administrative tasks such as order entry, billing, and shipping, and taking the lead on an in-house sales initiative focused on expanding our licensee sales channel.
This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Niagara-on-the-Lake winery, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While rare, occasional evening, weekend, or off-site commitments within Ontario may be required in line with the responsibilities outlined below.
Sales Support & Administration

Process and manage order entry across multiple channels: Licensee, LCBO/Grocery, Farmers Markets, Duty Free and Export.

Liaise cross-functionally with logistics, accounting, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including quotes, proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and sales submissions.
Customer Engagement & Account Management

Reach out to all active accounts weekly to entice orders and identify areas of concern & opportunity

Provide timely and professional support to existing clients, prospective customers, sales reps, and third-party agencies.
Sales Campaigns & Business Development

Coordinate and administer fundraising campaigns, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and partner communication.

Lead in-house sales initiatives to grow the licensee channel, including campaign execution and follow-up.

Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Previous sales experience is an asset

Experience in the wine industry and/or restaurant management is considered an asset

Familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus

Smart Serve Certification is required (or must be obtained before start date)

Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs (e.g., wine cases)

Training will be provided
Base salary: $45,000 annually, plus commission
