Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional and professional customer service
- Conducting entertaining and informative tours about the winery, brewery, distillery including tasting for tour groups.
- Assisting with on-site and off-site events.
- Providing food and beverage service in both formal and informal settings.
- Stocking shelves and fridges with beverage products and merchandise
- Performing general housekeeping duties.
Requirments:
- Smart Serve certification
- 19 years of age or older
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well within a team- focused environment.
- Retail/ Hospitality experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk around for long periods of time.
- Previous serving experience, Wine/ Beer knowledge would be an asset
- Must be available to work on Evenings, Holidays, Weekdays, and Weekends.
