Two Sisters Vineyards is an ultra premium winery in the heart of beautiful Niagara on the Lake. We offer a positive, friendly work environment and a competitive staff incentive plan. We are currently seeking Wine Consultants for our Retail Wine Boutique and Tasting Room.

Concierge, Seasonal Contract May 2020 – November 2020 (Possible opportunity for full-time position)

If you are an organized individual with a passion for wine and love interacting with people & have a passion to influence others with your enthusiasm and knowledge, this may be the right position for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

-         Greet and welcome every guest that comes into the winery with a positive and friendly demeanor

-         Process wine tastings and tours

-         Answer and direct phone calls and message to appropriate departments

-         Check guests in for tours and experiences and escort them to where they need to be

-         Communicate with management and retail staff on availability of tours and private tastings

-         Upsell winery tours and experiences

-         Handle cash payments and credit payments

-         Maintain a clean and neat front desk area

WE WILL INTERVIEW:

·         Someone with successful experience as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience

·         Someone who can multitask and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

·         Someone who takes direction well and constructive feedback with the aim to improve

·         Someone who takes pride in their work, the environment and seeing everyone around them succeed

·         Someone that has excellent verbal communications skills, and can use those skills to think on their feet

·         Someone who is comfortable with a POS system, able to work weekends, stand for long hours, have reliable transportation to and from work, is 19 years of age or over and has or will get their Smart Serve Certification
