We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Niagara, Ontario, and help us continue to grow our market presence.



·      Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market share within the assigned territory.

·      Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including restaurants, bars, private clients, and other accounts.

·      Conduct sales presentations and wine tastings to educate clients about our products and services.

·      Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

·      Achieve sales targets and KPIs by driving sales initiatives and cultivating new business.

·      Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies.

·      Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

·      Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.



·      Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.

·      Strong knowledge of the Niagara market and existing relationships with local accounts is a plus.

·      Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

·      Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·      Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.

·      Passion for wine and a strong understanding of wine products and industry trends.
