Sales + Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone who is organized and experienced to create and execute effective sales strategy for our portfolio of natural and organic wines. They will act as a team leader to our team of sales representatives in BC, possessing strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. The sales and marketing manager will create competitive advantages through unique sales plans and marketing objectives, engaging advertisements, email marketing, previous experience and industry connections and relationships. The ideal sales and marketing manager will be passionate about growing brands and increasing product awareness, and on top of market trends and competitors.


Responsibilities include:

Promoting AmoVino’s existing portfolio and introducing new products to the market through education and strong communication skills.

Working within budgets and preparing budget plans, creating focuses for the sales reps, scheduling releases and launches.

Creation of reports, presentations, marketing opportunities and plans, based on market data, current trends, customer requirements and experience, and suggestions for system improvement.

Implementation of new sales plans and marketing strategies such as featured products, by-the glass listings, product placement, event planning.

Training, scheduling coaching and managing the sales team, and responsible for them hitting their sales targets.

Relationship building with new and existing customers through regular visits, good customer service, and good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Keeping strong relationships with AmoVino producers and demonstrating professionalism.

Working with our marketing team to schedule social media posts and help with content creation.



A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.

3-5 years’ experience in alcohol sales management.

WSET or ISG Certification.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

The ability to work under pressure.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Ability to lift a case of wine throughout the day.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Flexible hours and ability to work evenings and weekends.



Salary negotiable and based on experience.
