Abou the Job:
We’re looking for 2 energetic and self-motivated Junior Sales Representatives - one for the Okanagan, and one for the Fraser Valley. The role will support our sales team and help grow our brand presence at the retail level. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beverage alcohol industry and an interest in building a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a Terriotry of 80+ accounts (both retail and on-premise)

Support Sales Representatives with in-store execution, including product placement, shelf organization, displays, and promotional materials

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key staff

Merchandise and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and visibility

Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing replenishment orders

Help execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events

Collect and report store-level data, including pricing, promotions, and competitor activity

Maintain a regular call schedule and cover assigned territory efficiently

Attend weekly team meetings in the office, or remotely.
Qualifications:
-
Post Secondary Education (Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus)

Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, especially in the alcohol or FMCG industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
-
Ability to lift cases (up to 40 lbs), travel locally and work occasional weekends (Events!)

Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office programs

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
