Abou the Job:


We’re looking for 2 energetic and self-motivated Junior Sales Representatives - one for the Okanagan, and one for the Fraser Valley.  The role will support our sales team and help grow our brand presence at the retail level. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beverage alcohol industry and an interest in building a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Terriotry of 80+ accounts (both retail and on-premise)

  • Support Sales Representatives with in-store execution, including product placement, shelf organization, displays, and promotional materials

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key staff

  • Merchandise and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and visibility

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing replenishment orders

  • Help execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events

  • Collect and report store-level data, including pricing, promotions, and competitor activity

  • Maintain a regular call schedule and cover assigned territory efficiently

  • Attend weekly team meetings in the office, or remotely. 

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education (Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus)

  • Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, especially in the alcohol or FMCG industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented 

  • Ability to lift cases (up to 40 lbs), travel locally and work occasional weekends (Events!) 

  • Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office programs 

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
