Start Date: Mid-August or Early-September
Duration: Mid-August to December (with the potential to extend into a more permanent role for the right candidate)
We’re looking for one more skilled and enthusiastic Harvest Cellar Hand to join our small, passionate team for the 2025 vintage. A last-minute change in staffing has opened up this opportunity to work a hands-on, dynamic harvest in the heart of the South Okanagan.
Our portfolio includes both classic varietals (Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay) and more unique offerings that keep things interesting from day to day (Albarino, Dolcetto and Tempranillo, to name a few). We take a meticulous and thoughtful approach to winemaking, with a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and precision at every stage. If you enjoy working with small lots and a tight-knit crew where every day offers something different, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:

Pumpovers, punchdowns, and cap management

Juice and wine transfers, racking, and additions

Tank and equipment sanitation (must be comfortable using pumps)

Barrel work

Press operation support and dig-outs

General cellar cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:

Prior harvest or cellar experience preferred

Confident operating pumps, hoses, and performing basic cellar work

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
You’ll be part of a small but experienced team, with the chance to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of harvest. Expect long days, good music, great teamwork, and a truly memorable vintage.

Pay is competitive and based on experience, usually in the $20β$26/hour range. If youβre confident on the equipment and can hit the ground running, youβll land on the higher end. Overtime is paid according to BC labour standards.
