Business operations manager for 2 wineries.  One is Uppercase winery at the District Wine Village and the orther winery and offices are at Testalindin Winery on Hwy 97 near Road 15. Responsibilities include all operations  at both locations and the eventual opertions of a 25,000 sq. ft. winery and restaurant on Black Sage Road.  Construction to start in March or April, 2022.  Reporting to this individual will be an administrative assistant and an accountant/payroll human resource person. In addition you will be the person to oversee the 2 to 3 hospitality tasting employees at each location.  The other employees are a master wine maker and general manager of wine making and two cellar hands. Montalvino Winmereries has in total 65 acres of land in various stages of vineyards from new vines to mature vines. The maintenance of the vineyards are under contract to various companies. Present capacity is 200,000 litres of wine.

 

Compensation will be approximately $85,000 per annum with a full benefits plan and 4 weeks vacation.
