We are currently hiring for two full-time positions to join our production and vineyard teams:

🍇 Cellar Hand

Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Oliver, BC
Type: Full-time, Seasonal to Permanent (depending on performance)

As a Cellar Hand, you'll work closely with our Head Winemaker and Assistant Winemaker to assist with all aspects of winemaking. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Harvest operations: crush pad work, sorting

  • Wine processing: pump overs, racking, blending, barrel/tank work

  • Cleaning and sanitization

  • Bottling support and wine shipment prep

  • Following health & safety protocols

You are:

  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills

  • Comfortable with physical work (can lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights)

  • Available for long hours during harvest (incl. weekends/holidays)

  • Legally able to work in Canada

🌿 Assistant Vineyard Manager

Location: Oliver, BC
Type: Full-time, Year-Round

Reporting to the Head Winemaker, this role bridges the vineyard and production operations. You'll help manage the lifecycle of the vines and maintain the health and performance of our vineyard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in vine monitoring, pest/disease control, irrigation, tractor operations

  • Coordinate field teams and seasonal crews

  • Maintain accurate vineyard records and tools

  • Enforce safety protocols and support a safe work environment

  • Supervise day-to-day vineyard operations in the absence of the Winemaker

You bring:

  • Hands-on experience in vineyard operations or agriculture

  • Mechanical aptitude (tractors, sprayers, etc.)

  • A strong sense of responsibility and leadership

  • Flexibility in schedule and tasks

We offer competitive wages, with compensation determined based on the individual’s education and experience.

Cellar Hand: $20–22 per hour

Assistant Vineyard Manager: Starting from $25 per hour
An employee health benefit plan is available for the Assistant Vineyard Manager position after the probationary period.
