Reporting to the Chief of Operations/General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will assist in the operation the winery business. This is a full time position with responsibilities ranging from tasting room management, property management, and promotion of our wineries in beautiful Osoyoos and Oliver, BC.
Our ideal candidate will be, first and foremost, enthusiastic about wine and have strong marketing talents to promote our wine clubs. Impeccable organization and communication skills (both verbal and written), along with an exceptional customer service focus and ability to develop relationships with staff and service providers are attributes that will ensure success in the position. Experience as an assistant general manager in addition to 10 - 15 years of experience in the winery business is necessary.
$90,000 - $105,000 per year
