As the Director of Marketing, you will work closely with the President/Sales Director to understand our customer and plan and execute relevant and timely marketing initiatives and strategies for all our company’s brands. Working closely with suppliers, and our hospitality and production teams to plan around calendars deadlines you will be responsible for medium packaging materials & deliverables. You will supervise our online and social media presence with a combination of hands-on relevant posts and regular customer newsletters and communication.

As the custodian of our brands, you will be responsible for marketing budgets and monitoring successful metrics and sales results. What You'll Do:

· Work with the President to create and execute the annual strategic Marketing Plan, aligned with Burrowing Owl Vineyards Ltd.’s brands and objectives.

· Drive world-class execution of marketing programs on-brand, on-time, and on-budget

· Seek feedback, develop, execute, and evaluate advertising, e-commerce and digital campaigns.

· Collaborate with sales agents to support sales targets with effective marketing promotions and campaigns

· Order and ensure timely delivery of all packaging supplies

· Oversee the maintenance of the company’s owned websites, social media and online presence.

· Develop, execute and oversee the annual media/influencer relations and VIP hosting.

· Manage social media campaigns and presence for all brands

· Attend trade shows and off-site promotional events.

· Manage and build the marketing asset bank of images, videos, and standards for all brands

· Provide thoughtful, professional and compassionate management to the marketing team

· Contribute positive energy and enthusiasm to the workplace and corporate culture

· Ensure all product messaging and positioning fits the ideal customer profile

· Track meaningful metrics, to demonstrate the impact of marketing

Who You Are:

· 4+ years of marketing experience

- Experience managing a marketing team

· Experience with, or strong interest in wine

· Project management skills - ownership, relationship building, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

· Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

· Analytical and results-focused mindset

· Self-motivated, highly organized, and efficient

· A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
