Fulfillment & Warehouse Lead

Starting Immediately

We’re expanding our team! We are searching for a warehouse Direct to Consumer (DTC) Fulfillment Operator that will oversee our southern DTC warehouse operations.

This position will oversee and execute order fulfillment including picking, packing and arranging proprietary shipping. They will coordinate daily delivery and pick-up schedules, execute, delegate and oversee inbound and outbound procedures and ensure that daily orders are fulfilled with accuracy, efficiency and precision.

Fulfillment & Warehouse Job Responsibilities:

55% Fulfillment

  • Pick & pack website and club orders, daily or as required
  • Process and package all shipping from one case to multiple pallet orders
  • Ensure timely processing/shipping of DTC orders
  • Print all B.O.L. and shipping labels
  • Coordinate with Wine shop managers stocking of the wine supply for onsite wine shops (may include driving truck or van to and from southern wineries).

30% Management

  • Responsible for ordering wine stock and packaging material with forethought given to turnaround times
  • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
  • Provides quality service by following organization standards

15% Inventory Control

  • Manage inventory control, warehouse and fulfillment, oversee the complete wine pick and pack process flow to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing request
  • Completes reports by entering required information
  • Daily inventory audits and system cross checks as needed
  • Oversee inventory management efforts to ensure a fully reconciled stock position

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Drivers abstract & a full driver’s license
  • Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly detail orientated
  • Self-initiation of tasks to complete the above-mentioned responsibility is a MUST
  • Basic technical skills with printers/pc’s
  • Working knowledge of wine industry compliance standards an asset
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in an evolving environment with enthusiasm.
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and outlook programs and knowledgeable in database programs
  • Ability to work alone under minimal supervision
  • Personable, physically fit, and able to lift 40lb boxes
