About This Team: 
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic sales professional to contribute to our Wine Club team. As our Member Relations Specialist you are a dynamic, energetic, hands-on individual who fosters connection and building relationships. Reporting to the Senior Wine Club Manager, our Member Relations Specialist seeks to curate a luxury membership experience that is unparalleled in the Canadian wine industry. They will support on setting and achieving wine club membership targets, curate and execute club exclusive events, and champion the wine club onboarding program for our onsite Guest Experience team members.  

What You’ll Do 

• Set monthly outreach campaign strategy, and execute reporting on metrics to the Senior Wine Club Manager 
• Design and create member journey, proposing creative solutions to ensure growth, reduce attrition and achieve targets 
• Curate and co-host special club events on-site to elevate member experience and differentiate level of service and communication for club members 
• Gather key metrics that drive membership channels (traffic, conversion, sales, product mix, sign ups, attrition) to meet/exceed targets and ensure continuous improvement 
• Execute shipment schedule and supply greater marketing team with the necessary information in advance of each shipment 
• Build and share daily attendance sheets with Guest Experience teams to identify member visitation and ensure personalized connection and experience is delivered.  
• Attend onsite and offsite member events, including supporting event planning activities 
• Provide service recovery as a point of escalation from the Member Services Coordinator 
• Support initiatives to create value for wine club members and increase membership retention 
• Lead administrative effort with the support of Membership Services Coordinators to respond promptly to all inquiries, customer service requests, shipment questions, deliverability issues and member communication 
• Lead Wine Club onboarding sessions for the seasonal and permanent onsite staff members at each of the wineries, educating on the winery specific wine club program 

What You Have 

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Hospitality/Hotel Management or related from a recognized institution 
• 3+ years’ experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Retail environment providing exceptional customer experiences 
• Experience working in the wine industry is an asset 
• WSET or equivalent is an asset 
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Well-honed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, using strong organizational and time management skills 
• Take ownership and follow through on tasks 
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of applications
