Vintage Cellar Hand – Phantom Creek Estates
Located on the Black Sage Bench of British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, Phantom Creek specializes in single vineyard Bordeaux reds and Alsatian whites. By farming its vineyards with care and precision, Phantom Creek Estates crafts wines that celebrate and speak to where they are grown.
We encourage you to join us for the 2021 Okanagan harvest. This is a fixed term role between September and December. You will be apart of a highly motivated team who are committed to producing outstanding, world class wines.
As a Cellar Hand you will be required to execute various winemaking procedures and operate all types of winery equipment. Training will be provided by the senior cellar management team. We are looking for individuals with previous wine industry experience and a keen interest in wine itself. This role is highly physical, and applicants should be comfortable working under pressure with the ability to prioritize and multitask. We are seeking team members who pay attention to detail within a busy work atmosphere, while maintaining a safe, clean and healthy workplace.
Within the harvest positions for 2021 we are seeking two individuals who have the ability to lead on the crush pad and in the red fermentation hall.
