OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – Permanent Part-Time

Buyers+Cellars Wine Purveyors Inc, Ontario’s newest boutique wine agency, is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and highly organized administrator to manage company logistics and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·   Maintaining the company database including customer, product, order and invoicing information

·    Liaising with all company stakeholders including employees, suppliers, customers and LCBO staff 

·    Processing new wine orders, invoicing, coordinating deliveries, monitoring Accounts Receivable

·    Report Generation – Sales, Turnover, Inventory

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·     University or College degree/certificate

·     Strong communication, organization, and time management skills 

·     Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to a wide variety of tasks and functions

·     Demonstrated commitment to excellence and attention to detail

·     Excellent computer skills; good working knowledge of Microsoft office

·     Proficiency in French required

·     Strong math skills

·     Experience in Logistics and/or Operations an asset

·     Wine and/or wine industry knowledge an asset

·     Ability to lift and carry 40lbs boxes when necessary

 

 HOURS / WAGES

 

·    20-25 hours / week

·    $18-$23/hour, commensurate with experience
