We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated manager to take charge and lead a like-minded team. This position can only be filled by a person that strives for success and takes pride in their job.

The role of the store manager is to lead the growth of the business; actively and efficiently manage the team to meet sales and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

 Business development through marketing, store programs and networking

 Building and motivating a passionate team

 Budgets and forecasting

 Daily cash procedures and office administration

 Payroll

 Inventory and product management

 Ordering and Receiving

 Scheduling and productivity management

 Staff recruitment and training

 Equipment and facility management

Hours of work:

The store manager is required to devote full-time attention and energies to the Company’s business operations. The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however the Manager’s availability may be required seven days a week including evenings.

Credentials:

 Minimum 5 years Management experience in a high volume  hospitality or retail environment

 Serving It Right

 Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required

 WSET or equivalent and/or Cicerone  certification is an asset – but passion for the product and the industry is essential.

$55,000 - $60,000 + profit sharing + benefits
