We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated manager to take charge and lead a like-minded team. This position can only be filled by a person that strives for success and takes pride in their job.
The role of the store manager is to lead the growth of the business; actively and efficiently manage the team to meet sales and customer service expectations.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Business development through marketing, store programs and networking
Building and motivating a passionate team
Budgets and forecasting
Daily cash procedures and office administration
Payroll
Inventory and product management
Ordering and Receiving
Scheduling and productivity management
Staff recruitment and training
Equipment and facility management
Hours of work:
The store manager is required to devote full-time attention and energies to the Company’s business operations. The schedule is Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however the Manager’s availability may be required seven days a week including evenings.
Credentials:
Minimum 5 years Management experience in a high volume hospitality or retail environment
Serving It Right
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required
WSET or equivalent and/or Cicerone certification is an asset – but passion for the product and the industry is essential.
$55,000 - $60,000 + profit sharing + benefits
