General Skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team and customers
• Proficient computer skills including Excel and outlook programs and knowledgeable in database programs
• Properly load and drive truck and trailer of wine
• Forklift Certificate required or ability to obtain
• Personable, physically fit, and able to lift 40lb boxes

General Duties

• Process and package all shipping from one case to multiple pallet orders required for internal transfers or across Canada shipments.
• Manage and organize physical inventories in two warehouses
• Count and reconcile inventory at end of every month
• Manage warehouse supplies 

Shipping Duties

Courier Shipping

• Build multiple case orders and promotional shipments at warehouse using online courier program and maintain documentation of orders
• Build orders for competitions using specific shipping and documentation instructions

Freight Shipping

• Build large custom pallet orders and arrange shipping with various carriers
• Ship bulk wine on specialized pallets
• Maintain shipping documents

Wine Club Shipping (3 times per year)

• Organize, coordinate and ship WC package contents and supplies to packaging warehouse
• Receive and organize finished WC packages for sorting and shipping
• Build add-ons and organize for sorting and shipping

Inventory Duties

• Manage all inventory documentation and reconciliation for warehouse inventory using Excel and database.
• Communicate any inventory related items with administration and work together to resolve any discrepancies.

Bottling Duties

• Organize warehouse to receive total pallet count for each bottling
• Organize empty glass, labels, closures, pallets and pallet liners for proper bottling workflow
• Coordinate all documentation
• Arrange newly bottled inventory into warehouse
• After bottling all pallets of corked wine get machine flipped to keep corks wet
• Assist in bottling if required

Miscellaneous Duties

• Custom label projects
• Bag-in-Box packaging building
• Organize recycling
• Keep warehouse and area around building clean and uncluttered

Compensation is based on experience.
