Position
Small group seated tastings. Providing an educational experience for our guests. We are a small family owned winery, with a passion for our wines.
A Day in the Life!
Our Wine Educator’s focus on creating unique guest experiences, selling wine on the tasting room floor, providing educational tastings and tours and acting as ambassadors for all visitors and guests. As a Wine Educator you will deliver excellent customer service, ensuring the experience of all visitors and guests exceeds expectations in every area of their wine country visit.
Want to know more? You will…
- Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Be responsible for sales in the tasting room.
- Promote all new wine releases, upcoming events/promotions and Wine Club Membership
- Maintain merchandising, organization and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
Must haves:
- B.C. Serving it Right Certification
- Must be energetic, engaging, and authentic
- Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling weight up to 30lbs
- Previous wine education is an asset
