Our growing wine agency is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper.

 Attributes/Qualifications:

  • EXPERT in QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Personal and professional pride and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing customer orders
  • Processing payments and reconciling daily sales
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Preparing daily case status reports
  • Sales Reporting
  • Government remittances
  • Tracking inventory

Experience: 2 years bookkeeping experience

Educatioin: College Diploma

Full-time: Monday - Friday 8am-12pm

Salary: Competitive, hourly, based on experience
