Lithica Wine Marketing, led by Geoffrey Moss MW, is a boutique consulting agency that helps wineries develop effective, customer-centric business and marketing strategies. Our focus is on direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and marketing, brand development, and go-to-market strategy.
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role can be based anywhere in Canada and may be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Account Management (30%)
- Serve as one of the lead points of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop timelines for new projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are internally viable
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects to the highest standard
- Prepare monthly reports for each client
- Coordinate work with subcontractor partners
Business Development and B2B Marketing (40%)
- Create content marketing calendar, developing blog posts to support and promote Lithica’s services
- Social media management
- Email marketing (Mailchimp)
- Create case studies based on client success stories
- Identify speaking opportunities
Client Support (30%)
- Develop and execute strong marketing campaigns for clients
- Collaborate with brand development projects, including:
*Brand positioning and strategy
*Go-to-market strategy
- Assist with marketing services for clients, including:
*Copywriting
*Graphic design
*Web updates
*Email marketing
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience at a winery or agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in digital marketing (Mailchimp, Semrush)
- Demonstrated proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience using CRM/e-commerce platforms an asset (Commerce7, WineDirect, Shopify)
