This position is a dynamic and fast paced role that touches all aspects of the business. Comfort and familiarity with technology (excel/sheets, email, on-line portals etc.) is must. An interest in supply chain management and global shipping is a suggested. A working knowledge of the wine and spirits industry is highly desirable. A general interest in the wine and spirits industry and adult beverage culture is suggested for all applicants.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
PURCHASE ORDERS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
· Purchasing and inventory management for all western markets
· Liaison with all freight forwarders
· Liaison with provincial liquor boards for product listing applications, data maintenance and other logistical duties
· Label compliance
· Coordination of direct domestic order desk using custom built industry specific software
REPORTS, LISTS, PROCESSES, CALENDARS
· Monthly inventory reporting and sharing of same to all stakeholder parties
· Weekly sales reports sent as required to domestic wineries
· Record purchases, transfers and adjustments, maintain databases, reconcile warehouse stock reports to accounting system. Investigate discrepancies
· Develop, review, update, implement efficient processes making recommendations where necessary
· Using the LDB marketing calendar, confer with provincial manager and apply for price/LTO changes and shelf-talker use
· Create and update price-lists, tech sheets, sell sheets and inventory trackers
COORDINATING EVENTS & COMPANY SUPPLIES
· Coordinate and organize all aspects of local trade shows and events
· Create and update calendar for ‘Events’
· Create and distribute all ‘Event related’ collateral, staff schedules, order forms and related documents
· Process all incoming and outgoing mail,
· Ongoing communicate with suppliers, company employees, contractors and managers so as to maintain valuable working relationships
· General office management including maintaining all office and kitchen/washroom supplies as needed
· Other ad-hoc duties as required in a typical small office environment
