Vignoble et Cidrerie Coteau Rougemont est une ferme familiale qui cultive et transforme des fruits de qualité au Québec. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Vinification pour le millésime 2024. Votre rôle consiste à réaliser les opérations de nettoyage, transformation et conditionnement des produits planifiées.

Vignoble et Cidrerie Coteau Rougemont is a family-owned farm that grows and processes quality fruits in Quebec. We are looking for a Harvest Cellar Hand for the 2024 vintage. Your position involves performing scheduled cleaning, processing and packaging of products.

Responsabilités

  • Entretien, nettoyage et désinfection des équipements, du matériel et des locaux de production
  • Réception de vendanges et suivi des fermentations
  • Opérations et transformations œnologiques des produits (pressurage, débourbage, levurage, remontage, soutirage, décuvage, entonnage, transferts et additions…)

Compétences et qualités requises

  • Expérience minimum : 2 vinifications
  • Connaitre les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité au chai
  • Rigoureux(se), polyvalent(e) et impliqué(e).

 

Responsabilities

  • Ensure maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of the equipment, material and cellar
  • Grape receiving and following fermentations
  • Grape and wine processing (pressings, settling, yeasting, pump over, racking, transfers and additions…)

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum experience: 2 harvests
  • Know health and safety rules in the cellar
  • Detail oriented, versatile and involved.
