The Tap Room at Wayne Gretzky Estates is located beside one of Kelowna's best kept secrets, Sandhill Winery. Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna and at BC's oldest winery location, the lounge and retail store have a selection of branded Gretzky clothing, home decor, cookbooks, and local artisan treats to suit every budget and taste.
We are seeking an extraordinary, enthusiastic Retail & Experience Supervisor to work at Wayne Gretzky Estate Winery! Reporting into the Retail & Experience Manager, the Retail & Experience Supervisor will be responsible for daily service delivery of the entire guest experience at Wayne Gretzky Estates Okanagan. This role will entail the oversight of the tasting room as well as retail area at the Estate. This position will work closely with the Sandhill operations team and will be cross trained to work efficiently in both operations within the role of Retail & Experience Supervisor.

- A passion for sharing wine and viticultural knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multi-task
- A "Can Do" attitude and enjoy working under pressure
- An understanding of how to provide best-in-class service for guests
- Ability to be a brand ambassador; you love to entertain others in a fun and engaging way
This teammate will be accountable for:
- Creating memorable guest experiences and for performing all selling and retail functions within the retail boutique
- Sharing wine and viticultural knowledge in a fun and engaging way
- Drive for higher sales and encourage guests to become Wine Club members
- Being a Wine Educator and brand ambassador conveying a consistent and positive brand story
- Greeting and engaging guests with a robust and friendly introduction to the brand and property experience
***Incumbents for these roles must be a minimum of 19 years of age and in possession of a valid "Serve it Right" certification.
