Trade Development Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Trade Development Coordinator assumes a front line role working with our domestic partners in maximizing their sales initiatives at the LCBO and restaurant channels. As a front line contact for FWM and the Henry of Pelham Winery, you assume a role in positive leadership and professionalism. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is looking to grow in their career. Our office is located at the Henry of Pelham Estate Winery in St. Catharines.   

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Work with all domestic partners on upcoming opportunities for Ontario’s LCBO
• Calculate retail pricing through the calculator models
• Apply for LCBO programs and submit forecasts
• Create terrific brand support presentations for LCBO submissions
• Request and attend meetings with buyers and our suppliers
• Liaison between the LCBO and supplier on a timely manner when problems/issues arise
• Process weekly orders and communicate well with our winery warehouse
• Excellent understanding of LCBO labeling and packaging requirements
• Data entry in forecasting and CRM tools
• Work with existing and emerging international markets
• Send out weekly Narrowcast inventory reports to our domestic suppliers
• Have a passion for the beverage alcohol industry

Requirements

• A completed post secondary education (University preferred)   
• 3+ years of relevate work experience that showcase strong administrative responsibilities
