Tasting Room Associate –Part-time Position
Are you friendly, fun and bursting to share your wine knowledge while representing an award-winning winery? We are calling out to all motivated team players to fill part-time seasonal roles at Leaning Post Wines!

You’ll Need To:
· Exude warmth & provide exceptional service by sharing your enthusiasm for all things wine at our tasting bar & during events
· Keep it clean! Stock shelves, clean, organize & maintain a clean, clutter-free and organized space
· Post it - assist with preparing and shipping orders
· Learn! Be part of a fantastic, homey team with thirst for knowledge and hands on experience.
Who You Are:
· A people person who strive to custom an outstanding experience to all kinds of guests
· A friendly personality who loves to geek out with guests (based on their wine knowledge) on all things Leaning Post & Niagara
· Plays well with others, is curious, keeps busy & multi-tasks
· Level-headed, easy-going, performs calmly & steadily in fast-paced environments
· Ready & able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays & evenings
· Ability to lift/carry 40lb wine cases, stand & move for 8+ hours
· A G-licensed driver
· Smart Serve certified and age 19+
· Excited to work at multiple venues (ie. farmers markets, off-site events)
Assets:
· Wine education or background preferred (WSET, sommelier certification, Niagara College or Brock viticulture & related or similar programs)
· Previous experience in a retail environment
· Knowledge of Niagara VQA wines and wineries
