Dirty Laundry Vineyard was established in 2006. We are one of the fastest growing wineries in British Columbia. Located near the terminus of the Kettle Valley Steam Railway in beautiful Summerland B.C., Dirty Laundry offers an amazing customer experience, great views award winning wines amazing food offerings. We have an active and growing wine club and a vibrant online business.

Role:

The Wine Club and Web Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales and increasing brand awareness for Dirty Laundry Vineyard through online channels and our Bordello Wine Club. This role will require a strong understanding of e-commerce, customer acquisition, and online marketing, as well as a passion for wine. The Wine Club and DTC Coordinator will work closely with the marketing, operations, and tasting room teams to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience.

The candidate must be versatile, flexible, accountable, and enthusiastic. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and have a willingness to “pitch in” in a constantly changing environment to ensure we reach our goals of providing amazing customer service and experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our company values are promoted and portrayed in everything we do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wine club and DTC sales strategy to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  • Manage and optimize the DTC prospects to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Develop programs to maximize Wine Club sales and retention
  • Manage our Bordello wine club. This role is the face of our wine club and therefore you will ensure exceptionally professional customer service is provided to all current and future members
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in DTC sales and e-commerce
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Dirty Laundry Vineyard product offerings and be able to effectively communicate and sell to customers
  • Work closely with the Wine Shop manager to gather prospects and train associates to sell Wine Club
  • Ensuring that the website is up to date and adjusting as required. (training provided).
  • Coordinating and execution our premium Elevated Tasting Program

 

The right candidate will ideally possess:

  • Post-Secondary education in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in DTC sales and e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
  • The ability to maintain clean and organized data and competently use the tools provided.
  • Excellent core computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and basic graphic design
  • The ability to quickly master new e-commerce tools, or solid competency using industry standards (WineDirect), Robly.
  • Passion for wine and a strong understanding of the industry
