Canada's first world class winery is looking to expand our team.  We are currently looking for two candiates to assist our staff with fermentations and barrel room management.

 

The duties of the position include:

-assistance during crush and fermentation

-pumpovers

-bottling

-barrel monitoring and topping

-sanitization of fermentation equipment and facility

-gereral equipment maintenance

 

The ideal candiate will:

-be able to work in a team enviornment 

-physically fit, and able to lift 50lbs

-work flexible hours, including at least one weekend a month during fermentations

-possess a forklift and first aid certificate

-not to be scared to work with some of the best grapes on the planet
