We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct to Consumer(DTC)/Wine Club Manager to join our Tinhorn Creek Vineyards. Established in 1993, Tinhorn Creek Vineyards is located just south of Oliver B.C. in the famed Golden Mile Bench sub-appellation. As a leading winery destination evoking classic southern Okanagan terroir, Tinhorn Creek proudly offers a selection of estate-grown wines. The first winery in Canada to support carbon neutral measures, Tinhorn Creek continues their commitment to land stewardship, conservation and environmentally sustainable practices. Reporting into the Regional Estate Manager, South Okanagan, as the DTC/ Wine Club Manager you will develop and implement annual business plans that drive revenue, increase club memberships, contribute to e-com revenue growth as well develop and lead wine club member events, ensuring members experience the extraordinary we pour into everyday life!
We are looking for a teammate with:
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing with 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role
- Previous supervisory experience and wine knowledge is an asset
- Able to multi-task with strong organizational, technical/computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills; able to exercise judgement and enjoys working independently
- Experience and knowledge to provide best-in-class service for consumers
This teammate will be accountable for:
- Growth, development and management of the wine club
- Develop and execute annual business plans
- Create and implement strategies to increase memberships as well email databases
- Attend local networking events
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Drive team training and incentives
- Develop annual e-blast schedule ensuring timely creation and efficient delivery of e-blast deployments and monthly wine club shipments
- Monitor, track and analyse all KPI's that demonstrates performance; communicate results to Management
- Management and leadership of DTC Wine Club Assistant
