Boires is a wine agency, based in Ontario and Quebec and we take pride in the distribution of wines from small artisan producers. Founded in 2013, our mission is to discover the fruit of the work of talented winemakers from recognized and emerging regions. We promote authenticity and respect for the environment. Our head office is located in Montreal.
Future Vision
As of July 2021, we will be opening two new retail locations, one in Toronto and the other in Quebec City. The locations will serve as offices, tasting rooms, and boutiques. The new retail space will provide customers easier and more enjoyable purchasing options through both in-store and online sales.
Offer of Employment
Boires is looking for a candidate to manage the retail location in Toronto. The location will operate as a retail store, tasting room, and office. The position will combine several responsibilities of assisting the sales team and management of the wine shop. Responsibilities will evolve and offer a variety of learning opportunities. The work will be done in close collaboration with our two representatives based in Ontario, who will use the premise as an office in preparation for their sales meetings with clients.
Job Description
- Coordonate activities for the Toronto boutique.

Responsabilities
Boutique Coordinator
- Main contact person for the boutique
- Manage operations during store hours
- Inventory management
- Facing and product presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and safe work environment
Customer Service
- Welcoming walk-in customers
- Preparation and distribution of web orders
- Host and animate wine tastings upon appointment
Licensee Sales Support
- Prepare samples for the sales representatives
- Preparation of tasting and sales materials
- Welcome licensee clients
- Prepare and assist sales representatives in wine tastings
