Azureau Wines & Spirits is seeking a driven, professional, and passionate analyst to deliver outstanding support to our suppliers, restaurant accounts and private clients.
Duties are focused on orchestrating our global supply chain flow, expediting local market delivery logistics, taking ownership of company invoicing and financial reporting. The successful candidate for this role will be a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and learning opportunities are abundant.
The ideal candidate must be highly detail oriented and analytically with a strong focus on achieving results. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working independently as well as part of a team are critical. Experience with beverage alcohol is preferred but not required. Mastery of Quickbooks and Excel is required.
This position full-time and is based in Toronto. Competitive salary and comprehensive health care plan.
Regular Duties:
- Pro-actively monitor LCBO purchase order flow
- Review monthly inventory and sales reconciliations
- Liaise with global suppliers to ensure timely shipments
- Investigate discrepancies and work with the Azureau team, suppliers, and the LCBO to resolve issues regarding supply chain and/or billing
- Field supply challenges to proactively ensure in-stock position
- Develop ordering plans as a result of inputs including forecast, inventory, capacity, lead times, service objectives, and other factors
- Manage LCBO web-based supply chain and purchase order systems
- Prepare invoices for wholesale suppliers, restaurant & private clients
- Support field sales team with supply chain status reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and CRA filings
- Other related duties as assigned
Attributes:
- Minimum two-years of supply chain analytics and accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce; Finance or Supply Chain specialization preferred
- Prior beverage industry experience an asset
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Organized with proven ability to multi-task & manage time effectively
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Achievement / results focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Quickbooks Online, Excel and cloud-based CRM systems
- Strong work ethic with ability to work some evenings and weekends
