Jr. Graphic Designer (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Jr. Graphic Designer is responsible for servicing the Sales and Marketing teams with a variety of materials including sales tools, product lists, presentation decks, point of sale material, ads and printed material. The successful candidate will be a creative self-starter with an educational background and experience in graphic design or multimedia.   

 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Design and develop sales tools for field sales team
  •  Assist Director of Operations with presentation decks for regional meetings and QBRs
  •  Support the Marketing Manager, Sales and Marketing Coordinators and Ontario Sales Manager with development of Marketing tools
  • Design and layout of print and digital ads
  • Preparing and repurposing finished marketing assets for various applications in print environments
  • Customizing raw creative from suppliers
  • Servicing internal and external customers with raw and finished materials
  • Ensure creative is developed as per brand guidelines

Job Qualifications:

  • College or university degree in graphic design/multimedia
  • Ability to quickly conceive, develop and deliver creative graphic ideas on tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (copywriting experience an asset)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Great attention to detail in designs including proofreading
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Positive and professional attitude under pressure
  • Must be a detail oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and resourcefulness
  • Development and monitoring of various promotional programming tools
  • Manage price lists and ensure documents are up to date
  • Creative thinking to develop and design new sales tools
