We are looking for an extremely organized individual to join our dynamic team as the new Operations Coordinator at Nicholas Pearce Wine Inc. The Operations Coordinator will report to our Director of Operations and will work alongside the other desks/departments focused on Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain Solutions and Sales Support. Wine knowledge is key, but not essential to success. Drivers licence and vehicle is required. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and bonus.
Day-to-day operations include, but are not limited to:
- LCBO Specialty Services (Cytrix) orders, payments, and administration
- Customer service and trade partner support
- Courier logistic assistance and communication
- Restaurant and private client order approval
- Daily accounting updates in Quickbooks, invoicing, payments, reports and receivables
Our team is currently working from home to ensure everyone is safe. However, we do plan to return to some form of in-office hours when we can.
Ability to work efficiently and autonomously from home is currently essential.
