30.50 Imports is a wine agency based in Toronto, Ontario.  We import Fine Artisanal Wines for restaurants, hotels and wine fans across Ontario.
30.50 Imports was established in 2005 with the aim of importing wines from around the globe that capture the spirit of the people, places and cultures that craft them. 

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to manage the daily flow of sales activity generated by our on-premise sales team and respond to customer inquiries.  

Responsibilities include:

- process customer orders, invoicing 

- handle customer inquiries, maintain client records

- schedule delliveries

- provide admin support to sales representatives

- generate supplier orders, prepare inventory & sales reports

- liaise with LCBO administration

- prepare bank deposits

Qualifications:

- previous experience in a customer support/inside sales role

- priority given to candidates with experience using LCBO's Elite & NISS software systems

- proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks

- previous wine or hospitatlity industry experience 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.  

Compensation dependent on experience.
