Reporting to the Ontario Provincial Manager, this exciting job opportunity is for a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.  In this position, the successful candidate will work with established Concha y Toro brands such as Casillero del Diablo, Frontera, Bonterra and Fetzer.  The primary role of this position is to increase rate of sale for the company’s brands in your designated territory through execution of sales and marketing plans by leveraging relationships with LCBO store managers, product consultants, grocery and on-premise operators.   

The successful candidate must be self-disciplined, set high standards for themselves, be competitive, and be a great team player.  3+ years’ experience in beverage alcohol sales, packaged goods, or the hospitality industry as well as fundamental wine and spirits (WSET 2) knowledge is preferred. 

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers while reviewing inventory and sales rates.  Creating sales stories and presentations to support monthly targets on growing distribution, shelf moves, organizing and creating displays, conducting tastings, applying value-adds and conducting account support functions.  Communicating with peers and Provincial Manager on on-going trends, challenges and news in market.  Attendance at trade events (evenings and weekends) may be required. 

Potential candidates must have a passion for wine, hold a valid passport and driver’s license (with no impeding offenses) for business related travel. Candidates with university education are preferred.  Other skills that are important to this position are:

This position comes with a base salary commensurate with experience, annual bonus, a car allowance and group benefits. Business related expenses are also covered.
