We’re seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Office Team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Reporting to the Business Planning Manager, this exciting role will provide a high level of support to our Sales and Logistics team through effective coordination.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating and managing point-of-sale materials, sales tools, and inventory to support national sales operations.
- Providing timely and professional administrative support across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
- Assisting with reporting, budgeting, and compliance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Contributing to project execution, communications, and logistics to help drive team success and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales support OR sales administrative experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and adapt your style
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise effectively to meet required deadlines in a professional environment, with high attention to detail
- A mindset to learn and gain new skills by taking ownership of your own development and adapting to feedback
- A ‘winning together’ mindset through understanding the perspectives of others, effective collaboration, and maintaining strong bonds
- A proactive, self-starter attituded and the motivation to succeed in a high-performance culture
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
